Biocalcin was recommended to me about five years ago by my chiropractor. I am 71 and have had stable bone density tests ever since I started. I take five at night before bed to help ease my muscles and I believe the multiple sourced calcium is just the ticket for me!

I just started using this on recommendations of my dr. I find it concerning that the mg. of each of the different types of calcium is not revealed. How many mg. of calcium carbonate is in each serving of the 514 formula?
