Suggested Usage
Adults: take one soft gel twice daily at mealtime.

I would assume the product is good,, being Carlson, which is a very good brand, however the customer service I received was horrendous to say the least. I received a bottle that was not sealed, and when I questioned it, I was told, sorry, we cannot accept it back for a return.. I understand with the nature of the country's situation, it would not be returnable, but they could have offered me either a refund, or another bottle that was fresh. I have been doing business with them for years, and you would think I would have gotten treated better. I guess they do not care that they lost a good customer, because I will never order from them again. It does not please me, that I had to throw it in the garbage. I wasted good money, for their condescending attitude.
