This Iron Complex is amazing. It does not constipate and my iron levels went up so nicely while taking it. I highly recommend this form of iron. It is by far the best compared to all the other ones I've tried.

Have been using this product for months now. Have not had any constipation issues and it successfully raising my iron levels enough so I can donate blood (iron levels never high enough without this vitamin).

I'm anemic. I'm always cold and I fatigue a lot so its a must I take a powerful iron intake. Non constipating just like it says and that's my whole day made. I waited a week and I took one everyday. My stomach feels great, less fatigued and tired. I can and will get use to these. I love this vitamin.

As I've gotten older my body needs more than it's needed before.Iron is one of those,unfortunately most iron pills upset my stomach.So far this iron isn't so bad.Just like all the others I've had to try.No stomach issues yet.

I just started to use these and so far I have no issues and feel a little change in my body as I have anemia . I do feel a little more energy then normally the pills are easy to swallow and have no potent smile.

I needed to find an iron supplement that I did not mind taking since if it bothers me slightly or I cant tolerate taste I will quit. I was completely pleased with how easy the Iron Complex was to take as the taste even with it being a capsule was not hard to take. I am very pleased with this product and so glad I found an Iron supplement. I was starting to get worried that I would have to eat liver soon but wow am I glad I do not need to resort to that.

This Iron Complex has been great. I have been using it for a while now and I am happy with the results. I am so happy to have found this. It is doing what it is supposed to do. I feel good. I've told my friend about it who also suffers from an iron deficiency. She plans on purchasing her bottle soon.

My iron is terrible low and these pills help me so much! They're small and easy to swallow, and they have no weird taste. After taking these iron pills I've found myself feeling less tired, and bruising less! I would highly recommend these.

I got the iron complex to try as I have an iron deficiency and tend to bruise very easily! I've been taking it about a week and haven't noticed a change in bruising, don't have any added benefits and my blood levels haven't changed from what they were after 4 days of taking. It did make it much harder to use the bathroom than other iron brands I've tried. The taste isn't bad, not huge, easy to take. Overall, not terrible but didn't seem to make a difference for me.

Zahler Iron Complex is the perfect Dietary Supplement. I have been low in iron for a long time and this product is better than others since it is gentle and non-constipating which is not easy to find in these kinds of supplements. The dosage is one tablet daily which means less pills to swallow.

Fairly large capsules but easy to swallow. I checked ingredients and they seem high quality. I take these but also encourage my teen daughter to take them. Not feeling a huge health difference but I assume they are doing their job to increase my iron intake.

I like that this iron supplement does not cause constipation. I feel that it is eay to swallow, and does what it's supposed to do. I have no digestive issues when taking this iron supplement. I will continue to use this supplement and look to this brand for my other vitamin needs because I feel it is high quality and works well.

I just love that these vitamins are in a capsule. No aftertaste like your traditional iron vitamins. Warning, the contents don't smell that great but the vitamins work so well. I have more energy and the brown under my eyes is lessening

I have been trying to find a good iron supplement for my anemia. I give up often due to the harsh effect that iron has on my stomach. I have found these particular supplements to be more gentle overall. They aren't perfect, but my stomach can handle this. They are easy to take as well. I will recommend this complex to anyone who is needing an iron supplement. I cannot say what these have done for my iron levels, but I'm sure with taking them regularly, they will go up.

I am anemic and have to take supplements (and often have to double and triple up on them) every day. The issue is that there are so many other vitamins and supplements that you need to take with Iron to get maximum absorption. That's a lot of pills every day. Then there are the effects of Iron supplements. I was so happy to find that these contain vitamin C & B- that's two pills out of my daily regimen! The best part is that this doesn't upset my stomach. It really is non-constipating. Will definitely buy again!

These vitamins are great thus far! They're not crazy stinky like most other vitamins and so far (4 days), they haven't upset my stomach at all. They're not too huge, so they go down easily with a beverage, or in my case, applesauce! Definitely give them a try!

These are a nice size and easy to swallow. I am hopeful to see an improvement as my iron levels were low, so my doctor suggested I take a supplement to help. I didn't notice any bad after taste at all so I am happy with these!

I take iron regularly as I tend to get anemic and have to make sure I keep my levels up. Taking this has been pretty good from a digestive standpoint in that I don't seem to have to take it with food like others I've used. That's a big win for me!

I just want to say I was really impressed when I read the back list of ingredients. Definitely makes this iron easier to digest so my body is capable of absorbing the iron it needs. I definitely feel less tired.
