This generally works because I've never had a time where I remember taking it that I've had cramps in middle of night. I definitely go get one as soon as I do and then don't get woken up again. So yeah seems to work?

So the first time I tried out keto a year or two ago I got to feeling like crap without the 'boundless energy' everyone likes to talk about.... just generally felt like crap. Then I figured out that you can't ignore the electrolyte imbalances that you cause drastically minimizing carbs. Enter: these guys. This time around I've had no semblance of any keto flu & it's been a much better experience. (my keto endeavors are for health issues not weight loss) One in the morning on an empty stomach then one with each meal & my evening tea. Perfection.

Well the product worked great for my leg cramps I get when I do a low carb diet and I am being able to keep the diet longer definitely because of the side effects going down. If you need something for keto flu I reccomend this

I was having tons of leg cramps after months on keto so my doctor recommended electrolyte pills. I started these 4x a day. Now I'm down to 2x a day and having only 2 cramps a day and 1-3 nighttime cramps a week. I love these. To be clear I didn't buy them because they said Keto I chose these pills because they had the highest concentrations of electrolytes I was looking for. But yes the label is pretty. My only complaint is that several of my pills have busted open. They have cracks in the capsule casing. No idea what is up with that. They were safe in a hard sided air tight container.
