As I get older, my energy levels are not what they used to be. These give me energy to where I don't feel sluggish. I'm also told that it will help with my neuropathy, but the jury is still out on that one. Easy to swallow with no stomach upsets.

I love alpha lipoic acid in regards to anti-oxident activity. It might even help against some forms of radiation, but is no support for iodine tablets.
