I love that this is a 2 month supply with just 3 pills a day. The pills are easy for me to swallow and no aftertaste or stomach issues. The ingredients are awesome with nothing artificial added. No added sugars or colors. Just a good dose of the high quality main ingredient. I prefer to take these before working out. I have noticed more energy and endurance overall. Very happy with these.

My husband has started working out and wanted something to help with energy. A friend suggested I try these and when I checked them out I was really pleased to see they are made in the usa and are vegan. My husband likes them says they make him feel more energized and they are easy to take with no stomach issues.

I’ve been taking this along with the multi aminos and my workout recovery has improved significantly. I had tried another brand of both for 3 months and saw no improvement but within one month of taking these I’ve noticed shorter recovery and less pain after leg day
