Suggested Usage

I have only used the product twice so it is too early to tell.I started with one pump and will increase the dosage. I have chronic Lyme so I have to move slowly but truly need to sleep.

I have tried many natural sleep aids, and have found that nothing works 100% of the time. That being said, this product works most of the time, but some of the time it seems to aggravate my stomach, and I'm not sure why.

Once you spray it, you’ll feel the effect in a good 10-15 minutes. You’ll feel relaxed and ready for dreamland. I wish it gives me a whole 8 hours of sleep but in my case a good 5-6 hours only and I’m wide awake. The effect varies on each person and this is what I’ve experienced with it. I would still recommend it for you to try.

I've used this product for two nights now. I've tried several other sleep remedies, but didn't get very good results. This product works great for me! I shared it with a friend last night who was having sleep issues, and she said 2 sprays worked for her too.
