Only been sick once vs. several times per year since starting this Vitamin. The once was far less sever in duration. I am not a scientist but can not be faulted in thinking this vitamin C maybe part of the reason.

I am so glad I found this. It is very easy to swallow and no upset stomach. It is non GMO and all natural ingredients. Gives my immune system that extra boost I need with added vitamins/minerals. Great price for 2 months supply.

I love that this Vitamin C has Zinc Elderberry and Flavonoids in it. Not a lot of Vit C products contains Quercetin as well so I was very happy when I found this. The serving size is 3 capsules (1500 mg) so I can easily take less. It is gentle on the stomach.

I’ve used many Vit C products over the years and thus one is excellent. You can tell the ingredients are quality and the capsule dosage is perfect - as it allows you to take more or less C as needed. The addition of other great elements along with the Vitamin C - like Quercetin zinc rose hips & elderberry are also a bonus boost of natural Vit C.

I am very pleased with the Liposomal Vitamin C +! It contains 180 capsules and as suggested to take three daily. It is basically a two month supply of 1500 mg of daily vitamin C!! I also liked the extra benefit of added Quercetin zinc and elderberry.

This is a great product. I feel the difference right away with more energy more lift through the day. Because we don’t make Vit C and because it gets used up quickly in the body it is good to take it throughout the day. This is a great product for that. It gives you a highly absorbable form of C to take 3 times a day. Sometimes I take 2 3 times a day if I am feeling a bit low energy. It helps.
