Carlson Maximum Omega 2000 provides 2,000mg of omega-3s per serving, including 1,250mg of EPA and 500mg of DHA to support heart, brain, vision, and joint health. The American Heart Association (AHA) recommends eating at least two 3.5-ounce servings of fatty fish per week in order to get an adequate amount of omega-3s. I love the liquids for fish oils, but the softgel form is a great option too, which my husband prefers. This packs a LOT of great stuff into one softgel, a bit on the larger size (understandably) but it goes down smoothly nonetheless. I think it's the best option if you want your fish oil in a 'pill'.
Plus, Carlson is one of the few brands I'd trust for fish oils -- critical that they are excellent quality.

I love that there is no aftertaste, no burping, and no clumping together of the pills (I used the same variety from a competing brand, and most of the pills near the end of the bottle were stuck together and leaking). I don't even notice a smell or taste with this product. I appreciate Carlson providing the opportunity to take a lot of omega-3's at a reasonable price.
