Due to an MTHFR genetic mutation, the doctor said to take methylated folate for at least 3 months before becoming pregnant. I am glad I found these easy-to-take capsules from such a reputable brand.

They seem fine. I've taken Zahlers combination vitamins before and has myself tested for accurate labelling of folate content. I'm assuming these are the same.

I never heard of this brand before but I read the ingredients and it is a high quality supplement with no fillers, adhesives, preservatives, artificial colors or flavors. Methylfolate supplementation may improve response to antidepressants. I remember my therapist prescribing this a long time ago to enhance the antidepressant response. I have a very poor chemical imbalance (depression) that I have had to deal with pretty much half of my life. Thank goodness for the right concoction of antidepressants and this supplement . I would definitely recommend this.

I have been consuming these for a few days now and can already tell a slight difference. They are easy to swallow and they don't have a horrible aftertaste like some vitamins. I like them. I would definitely recommend this product.

I recently received these MethylFolate pills and like them a lot. I am 6 months pregnant and folate is so important to intake while pregnant. I struggle with anemia and low folate and my doctor recommend I supplement. These have made such a difference in my health and overall pregnancy!

This is a great vitamin to add to your current prenatal vitamin. Methylfolate is awesome for helping form a strong healthy baby. It is also good for the Mom. These pills are easy to swallow which is important.

I have to take folic acid daily due to my health condition this vitamin works great for what I need. I like that it is capsule form easy to swallow and no taste. I've never tried this brand before but will buy them in the future. Packaging is simple and description is good .

I have a hard time taking any sort of pill. They tend to get stuck in my throat and I end up spitting them up. I know how important Methylfolate is during pregnancy, so I was happy to have found a brand that offered the vitamin in a capsule form. I have no issue getting this pill down, however I do still take it with food. My hair seems shinier since taking this supplement and my nails are much stronger!

Nice package if for the product, I like that it does not have any artificial dyes or anything. The pill size is overall easy to swallow. This is hard to tell long term outcomes in a review to be honest.

I have been taking Methylfolate advanced nutrition by ZAHLER. It is an active form of foluc acid. They are Non-Gmo, gluten, dairy, and soy free. They are also Kosher. They are also made in the USA. I have had no problems with them.

I honestly have not seen a difference using this product, so I am not for sure if it working or not. I would like to think that it is and keep a positive attitude about it. It feels good to know that I am trying to be more conscious of my health.

Anyone who is trying to aid in cellular nerve growth. I highly recommend this product. Sometimes supplements upset my stomach, but I started with a smaller dose & worked my way up. If you are trying to get pregnant like myself for brain and nervous system growth it's a must. So far so good only having taking for a little less than a month!

I really liked these capsules but they were a little big. That being said they did glide down your throat easily though when swallowing these. There was no ugly after taste. I would recommend to my friends

This is a great brand and I'm so glad I tried Zahler's Methylfolate. I love the fact that this company focuses on using the most bioavailable versions of supplements. For instance, the emphasis on methylfolate makes me really happy! So many lower quality products use folic acid which doesn't have the same benefits. I am really happy with the quality of this product and would recommend it to anyone!

This was a good product to improve cognitive functions and hep produce more red blood cells. I didn't really see much change however, compared to Mayo Clinic's take on it. I haven't taken them for long however, and will probably stop to find other vitamins to improve myself. This is a product most likely better for women during pregnancy.

As a person who struggles with vitamins this is one supplement I absolutely need. This folate supplement is great for people who are not only pregnant but also with someone like myself who struggles with producing red blood cells. After taking it for about a week I noticed such a difference. I had no energy. I slept better. The supplement is very easy to take. Not a large pill at all. I didn't have an side effects either. I love that there was a booklet that came with the supplement to show all the different types of supplements thr company has. I highly recommend it.
