I've really liked the True Grace probiotic. It feels gentler on my stomach yet effective and I love that you can see the breakdown of strands vs one I'd been on. I also really enjoy their mission and appreciate that a change needs to be made that benefits our Earth and our bodies. I definitely recommend giving it a try!
