No more vitamin discomfort

I have been having an issue with grocery store multivitamins making me feel sick after taking. I have tried so many brands that I have had to throw out. I have been taking True Grace multivitamins for a month. They go down smoothly and no after taste. Must be the quality ingredients. Ordering more now.

I have tried all the different brands of multivitamins and never felt much different. I feel more energized and less sluggish since I have been taking True Grace. Immune support is very important to me right now and I love that with one daily I am getting the immune boost I need from superior ingredients. I am also a huge fan of the refillable bottle. I hate how much we add to landfills. I just ordered the refill pouch. Great idea!

I purchased the WOmen's One Daily 40+ the other day. I have been taking them for 3-4 days and I noticed my stools are very dark and I am somewhat constipated. They said there is no iron in them so why would this give me very dark stools? I am not sure I will continue taking them although I love the ingredients and the pureness of the vitamins.

Having done a lot of reading, I am impressed with the contents of these multivitamins and have made them my brand. I suggest everyone do some research; you may be as impressed as I am.
I recently sent TrueGraceHealth an email asking difference between the Women's Multivitamins and the Women's +40's Multivitamins. I see Calcium is one difference. Is there any other?

Vitamins are great. Subscription program is so helpful, too.
What I wish is that both the True Grace vitamins and the fish oil supplements would each come in a 120 count. That way, I could receive both products in the same subscription shipment.
