Prenatal + DHA 300

When I found out we were expecting, I wanted to be sure I took the right prenatal that would work with my MTHFR gene deficiency. I'm so glad I found these vitamins! My body can process the form of folate well, and I can already tell a difference. I'll probably continue taking these even after we welcome our baby! No nausea whatsoever, and it's super easy to take one with breakfast and one with dinner. Thanks, Zahler's!

I have been taking these vitamins for about 5 months and have nothing bad to say about them! I've also noticed a difference in my hair and skin. They are easy to swallow and don't have the bad vitamin taste either. However I would recommend to eat something before taking them. I am so glad my pharmacist recommended this brand to me!

I love these softgels! I have been on the hunt for a prenatal vitamin that contains the essential nutrients while also sitting well and this is it. I also appreciate that the price point is decent and I like the softgel form rather than capsule or tablets which are harder to swallow.

I've been taking these prenatals for several months and I agree, these are fantastic, amazing vitamins. However, I noticed that there is a new formula. How did I notice? The taste changed significantly. This new vegetarian formula tastes extremely fishy and awful. I'm usually not so sensitive and don't expect pills to have a particular taste. I will probably continue taking them because of how good these pills are in terms of overall quality, but I will hold my nose from now on and frown at the taste.

Great vitamins, easy to swallow. Im on Month 2 . Its a really complete prenatal vitamin with DHA all in one. I can take folic acid so having folate the natural form is what won me over. Its Pretty taste less and easy to take. Love these feels great taking a complete vitamin

I have loved the ease of taking these prenatal vitamins! I'm still in my first trimester but have enjoyed knowing that I am putting something vegan and well thought out with the essentials needed for myself and baby. I started taking these when I became pregnant, I am due in February. After comparing numerous prenatals, I went with Zahler because I felt like it had the most complete list of ingredients and better quantities than other brands out there. So far I have had a very healthy pregnancy and will continue to take these while breastfeeding and then will switch to their regular multivitamin after that. Also the price point for the quality of vitamin you are getting can't be beat.

These prenatal vitamins are amazing! I started out with a different brand prenatal vitamin, and I found them to be lacking in several areas. Zahler prenatal, filled all those gaps and then some. They are easy to swallow and have zero taste or after taste. I highly recommend these to any mommy to be!

I have anemia for most of my life, and was always struggling with supplements because they constipate me. However, during my second pregnancy I had to look for solution: dealing with toddler and growing baby requires LOTs of energy :). Zahler Prenatal +DHA game me just that. I started feeling more energized witching a week of taking these. But I most appreciated vitamins during my postpartum period. I hemorrhaged after delivery, and my iron levels dropped significantly. No one wants to deal with constipation after vaginal delivery and tear, So I never took other iron supplements, and relied on Zahler Prenatal and DHA. My iron levels were back to normal within 2 weeks (AMAZING). I highly recommend these to anyone who is looking for Prenatal/Postnatal vitaminsA with Iron.

I've been taking these vitamins for 3 months and I absolutely love them! They go down easy, I don't have to take them with food, although I prefer to. They don't make me nauseated and it's only 2 per day. Plus the packaging is easy for travel because I don't have to pack a bulky pill bottle and since I'm early in my pregnancy the packaging helps me to be discreet. I recommend these vitamins for conception, during pregnancy and postnatal. I'm also happy I found a vitamin with folate instead of folic acid. The folic acid is in parentheses because some mothers do not know the natural form of vitamin B9 which is folate. I already called to suggest them to remove it to not confuse consumers but the response I received was that because mothers do not know the Term folate they keep folic acid on the label. So don't fret, it's the natural form. I know some reviews said otherwise.

Fantastic product! MTHFR approved with correct methylfolate amounts. You don't have to worry about the B vitamins being excessive like on most prenatal formulas. This is nice because you are calmer and it's unnecessary to have excessive B vitamins. They have an excellent amount of chromium which helps pcos. They are genius for putting in a mint infuser in the bottle. It gives the small easy to swallow once daily vitamins a lovely vanilla mint scent. Awesome awesome!!

Good stuff! While expecting, I was looking for a prenatal supplement that included all the super-important vitamins in one, such as folate, DHA, vitamin B-choline, etc. The Zahler's prenatal had all of the recommended vitamins in one supplement, unlike other brands! I can't say they taste amazing, due to the fish oil for the DHA, but they do the trick! My baby was born healthy and developed, thank G-d and I'm pretty sure the brain-boosting omegas played a part in her advanced development! And when I had a problem with a spoiled batch, Zahler's customer service was very helpful and accommodating. It was also a bonus to get an extra return for my investment when I won the stroller raffle!

I was having a difficult time finding a prenatal vitamin that I could get down without gagging! With the Zahler's prenatal, I have had no issue at all...they are easy to swallow, and don't cause constipation or nausea like some of the other vitamins I had tried. The company also has excellent customer service-- some of the pills in one of the boxes had leaked, and they were very accommodating in replacing the box. I am very pleased with these prenatal vits, and feels confident that I am providing good, quality vitamins and minerals for my body and baby!!

I swear that these vitamins are the reason my hair finally stopped falling out. No complaints — I feel good on these and they are easy to swallow. I've heard from other women that they taste bad but I don't taste them anymore since I started refrigerating them

I love that these have methylfolate and DHA. Customer service has been very diligent. They smell slightly when removed from the pack but go down easy and no fish burps.

Really great prenatal ,I have been using these for 7 months now,has everything for a vegetarian which is hard to find, doesnt make you nauseous or leave a funny taste in your mouth. Define reccomend.
