Suggested Usage
1-4 caplets daily or as directed as by your health practitioner.

A great supplement for stressful lives!

I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue a few years ago. I began taking Super Adrenal Stress Formula (3 times a day) along with Adrenal C Formula and within a month's time began feeling much better. I have now cut down my dosage to mornings only. My body is somewhat sensitive and I find that I will not sleep well if I take it too late at night. I will not start my day without taking Adrenal Stress Formula.

Prescribed by hormone specialist physician to be taken in conjunction with Adrenal C Formula: 2 of each @ breakfast & lunch, and 1 each along with magnesium glycinate @ bedtime. This also in conjunction with other adrenal support. Dramatic improvement in energy and peaceful rest -the supplements acting in concert. Have put husband and mother on the product.

I use Dr. Wilson's products, 4 of them, on an empty stomach 3 times a day. I have found them to be most beneficial for healing the adrenal glands. I use another product in conjunction, diet, exercise and stress reduction all play a part in this process. I do recommend tryng his program as he has done extensive research and it seems to work!

I use this product everyday but only a half dose. The advise to start low and go slow has been good for me. It has helped joint pain and energy level. More credence needs to be given to the idea of adrenal fatigue in the medical world.

I have been kind of a high strung guy for quite a while, and my cortisol test showed high cortisol, this has helped quite a bit to make me feel calmer and more relaxed during stressful work days and good sleep at night, I will continue using it as long as it's available it's a winner.
