I take 1 capsule a week unless I feel a cold/flu coming on then I take 4 capsules, 4 times a day, for 4 days, only if needed. I never get sick. I have done it for years and years and it works GREAT!!! A natural MD doctor told me .I plan to always take the product.

Vitamin D3 50,000 Capsule is important for bone and overall health. It is vegetarian and just one capsule a days is enough. Since I stay indoors mostly and a vegetarian, taking this Vitamin D3 50,000 Capsule provides me the required nutrition. I highly recommend it as a great buy!

I am or was chronically Vitamin D deficient. My labs always came back low. I started 50000 once per week on the advice of my physician. I don't know how quickly it worked but by the next visit which was 90 days later, my levels were within normal range.

Interesting capsules. I've not had capsules with Vitamin D3 50,000 IU before but I like how they are easy to swallow! They are much easier to swallow than gels. Each bottle contains 120 capsules which are approximately 3 month supply. Would recommend to someone needing D3 supplements.

Received and its says take 1 weekly with food. I did that , which the capsule is small and skinny, easy to take. It had no smell and no taste. I took with my dinner and had no side effects. This is great, as you need this vitamin, especially in the Winter months and can't get any easier!

It is just such a dosage that is good to take for illnesses with influenza and SARS (and coronavirus too) every day for the first few days. Do not forget that vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin and must be taken with something fatty (butter, avocado, olive oil, nuts, etc.) and not combined with coffee or black tea (coffee and tea can be drunk 2 hours or 2 hours after). I love that I can take it once a week instead of daily!

As someone who lives in the Upper Peninsula of MI during the winters months, we have a lot of no sun days and shorter daylight hours and that can cause lose of Vitamin D, so it's important to me that my family takes a weekly supplement. This Vit D is great to take once a week for someone like me that has very low D levels. Helps improve mood and over health. I highly, highly recommend Zahler!

Zahler Vitamin D3 50,000 Capsule are great if you need to take a higher than usual dose of vitamin D. I am able to take one capsule instead of several of lower dosage D3 capsules. I love the convenience of a once a week supplement. The Zahler Vitamin D3 50,000 Capsule are clear, kosher gelcaps that make taking the supplement easy. I am happy to report that I didn't detect any aftertaste. The price is also a plus because it's less expensive than a prescription. I am often low on vitamin D, which is no surprise since I work indoors, and rarely go out in the sun. I love being able to supplement just once a week, with an easy to swallow capsule. I have actually been looking for a good source of vitamin D3, so this was a nice product to try out! I have had a couple dental procedures done, and heard that vitamin D3 is good for strengthening bones (including teeth/jaw bone) and figured I should give it a go. I love that this product supports both healthy bones and immune system because I also have asthma, which my immune system isn't great when it comes to allergies! It is a pretty small capsule, which I personally don't have a problem taking. I really like that the bottle lasts a few months rather than only one as well. It's easy to take with food and truly helps you to feel your best.

I recently got these and am so glad I did. My husband had surgery on his foot for plantar fasciitis and has had a really hard time with it. His doctor recommended for him to start taking Vitamin D3 for bone health. He had trouble remembering to take it every day, it's so much easier only having to take one a week, and he is doing well with it. We are really happy with it.

I am so glad I got these vitamin d supplements. They have a huge amount of vitamin d in them. That way you don't have to take them as much. My vitamin d levels are always low and this is a great way to get my levels where they need to be. They are easy to take and I would recommend them for sure. I will be buying more of these!

I really had no problem taking this pills. The pills are tiny and easy to swallow. I also liked that 1 vitamin has everything needed because you only need to take 1 a week. That way you dont need to remind yourself to take them.
