These are easy to take being that the capsules are small, I cannot take ones that are bigger than this size. Effectiveness is key and these have made me feel good that my immune system is boosted by these capsules.

very easy to take. no bad after taste like I thought there would be. I will be taking this daily to make sure my body is getting enough nutrients. I am trying to conceive my second child currently and also vegan so am going over vitamins and other nutrients with a fine tooth comb!

Love the smaller size as I don't do well with larger pills. Also I haven't noticed any side effects, seems to work well, and good price. I would recommend this brand if you are looking for a Zinc addition to your daily doses.

I like taking zinc on a daily basis as it's a good antioxidant and is good for your body. This zinc capsule from Zahler is great. I take it once a day with my breakfast. I received zahler zinc capsules about 2 weeks ago and started taking them right away. They're an average capsule size so they're easy to swallow. There's no scent to them, some vitamins have a smell. I know zinc is very good for you're immune system im hoping these are the right milligrams to give me that immune system boost..

These vitamins seem to be a good quality. Easy to take. I try to keep zinc on hand for this time of year to help the immune system be in top shape to fend off the winter yuck. These will be in my regular rotation this winter.

I ordered these awhile back and never revived them I did get the other zinc with elderberry. I'll still wait for them to come in I know shipping is slow these day with everything that is going on that is ok hope to try them soon will still recommend the band they are great.
