A Must-Have!
by Hydrated in the Desert -
For about a decade, I have always kept a bottle of E-lyte in my home. Whenever I get sick or feel dehydrated, I add 1 capful of this concentrate into every glass of water. I know my electrolytes are out of balance and that I need E-lyte when water tastes better with E-lyte than without it. Living in the desert, it is imperative to have this on hand in the summer. This is a much healthier alternative to sports drinks that have either sugar or an unhealthy sugar substitute added.

Especially good during hot weather!!
by C. Stover -
I love this stuff. I live in Tucson where it gets HOT in the summer. Going outside for any length of time means that you are sweating and losing electrolytes. E-Lyte gives a noticeable energy boost and helps counteract the exhaustion that can come from being out in the heat.

Prevents cramps!
by fredbyte
I'm a 75-year-old male. If I don't take an electrolyte, I get excruciating cramps, especially after DIY projects around the house. Other electrolytes have too much sugar in them. I pour 3 oz in a gallon of filtered water, and I'm ready to go. Sipping continuously from a water bottle helps.

Just started taking the supplement every morning before any coffee; my question is how long does it take for the supplement to be absorbed into the system?

Cramp
by Gill Learner
I bought this to deal with night-time cramp. It works somewhat intermittently but whether that is due to other factors or my body getting used to it. If I don't take it for a few nights, it works again – no cramp.

At Doctor’s Suggestion
by Sarah Hundley
I didn't realize that I wasn't holding onto water. I had a lot of thirst and was always using the bathroom. My functional doctor told me to start with half a capful per 16oz of water and increase by half a cap each week until I was either not so thirsty, or I could drink an 8oz cup of water without using the bathroom for two hours. At 1.5 capfuls/16oz, Im finally holding onto water instead of it going right through. Much better than OTC drugstore electrolytes. Was a bit salty at first but my taste adapted.

I think it makes sense
by Patricia Otter
I had an ileostomy 3 years ago, and was warned that dehydration problems are common with one. To help maintain hydration I used to buy those rehydration tablets often used by sports people. However, I realised the tablets contained high amounts of salt, and this wasn't good for me, especially at my age,(I am over 70). Then I discovered E-Lyte, and it just made more sense to start taking this instead, so I am much happier.

Works for me. I do a lot of cardio and was experiencing midday slump/sleepiness whilst at work. Since using E-Lyte not a problem anymore. I have also started taking a teaspoon around 21.00 to help with sleep.

I bicycle 100 or more miles/week. I don't like sugary or artificially sweetened drinks. E-Lyte is perfect for me. I mix E-Lyte into my bike bottle water and I drink another serving when I return home. Eliminates issues with cramping for me.

Bravo BodyBio!
by Valerie
My choice of electrolytes for years was Trace Mineral drops. But as time passed, so did their effectiveness! Naturally, I began to search for the cause, and ultimately, for another brand of electrolytes. During my research, I learned that potassium is one of the most important minerals for the body, both regulating ones fluid balance along with muscle and nerve contractions. No wonder I was struggling with my blood pressure, water retention, anxiety & inner stress! Whereas Trace Minerals has 3 mg. of potassium per serving, E-Lyte has 187 mg. Bravo, BodyBio! Even though the price is a little higher, it's worth every penny for my ongoing health!

It has helped my dysautonomia symptoms
by Gayle Brees
I began taking Elyte (along with salt capsules) to see if it helped my feelings of faintness and lightheadedness associated with dysautonomia. It has helped. If I forget to keep up with it or get lazy about taking it, I become very weak and fatigued. I take one cap three times a day. Morning, afternoon, and in the night when I get up to the bathroom. I'm very grateful to find a product that is sugar free and tastes tolerable. I've tried powders and always detest the flavor. That is apparently a subjective response; my husband hates Elyte and prefers powders if he takes electrolytes. The reason I gave it four stars rather than five is the sediment on the bottom of the bottle. Apparently it is unavoidable. Also, it is expensive but I need it and am able to afford it so I'm willing to pay the cost.

Best electrolyte on the market
by Sarah Aberg
I like the convenience of having only one bottle (no waste!) of concentrate that I can take anywhere. I love that it is not flavored. I put a capful into my sippy cup, glass, or bottle and boom, I'm ready!

First time my magnesium levels have been in the normal range!!!
by Melissa Rodriguez
Hello,
I had a kidney transplant in 2016 and because of my immune suppressant drugs, I have a hard time with absorption of some minerals and vitamins. I have been taking BodyBio E-lyte for the last three months and this is the first time since my transplant that my magnesium levels have been normal. My nutritionist recommended this product and now I can't fathom not using it. I LOVE it. Thank you!!!

I don't always want a flavored drink, they are usually way too sweet!! So this is perfect for me. I get the hydration I need and want without all the extra flavor.
