Creatine is the most studied supplement on earth. There are no side effects if using it properly and taking a break of a few weeks after each cycle. I have been taking this for about a week and a half now and I already noticed an increase in my strength. I will take it for another 2 months or so and stay away for 2-3 weeks. I would definitely recommend it to anyone new to it.

This stuff has no flavor! Won't break a fast and dissolves well leaving little to no grittiness behind and practically none still in the bottom of the glass when you've emptied it. I can tell my workouts have gotten a boost from this and I'm encouraged to make this a staple in my regimen. ♡
