There are a lot of vit c products out there but this is always the one I come back to. The liposomal part of it makes it easier for my body to absorb and 2 capsules is 1000 mg. It's an easy way to get a lot of vitamin c into your system without having to drink down a nasty powder form.

Mercola makes excellent products and I trust his brand but I have to say I prefer the buffered liposomal c found in the DaVinci. It's less convenient because the added sodium necessitates a larger amount and comes in a bottle.
