Only about 18% of the vitamin C we get in food is available in our blood stream. Normal capsule or powdered supplements often fair even worse than this. Suggested Usage
Adults: Shake before use. Take 5 mL (about 1 teaspoon) daily or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Mix with water or juice if desired.
Refrigerate after opening. Use within 45 days of opening.

- Sodium (as sodium ascorbate) 125 mg

I love this product and have recommended it to numerous people to help for a variety of health/immune challenges. It has greatly helped improve my daughter's allergies as well as our overall immune function. Recovery from any virus infections is almost immediate with additional dosing - we mix into organic carrot juice for added benefit and taste! Highly recommend.

I use both the liquid liposomal vit c and glutathione. The vit c definitely absorbs. I typically take 3 tsps every day. Taking more than that is too much for me. I'm not sure how to determine efficacy of glutathione but I believe, given it's antioxidant properties, it provides my body with the ability to minimize free radicals.

I am a newly postpartum, breastfeeding mama and I knew it was crucial to stay hydrated when I got C-19 a couple weeks ago. I mixed Core Med Science Liposomal Vitamin C with coconut water, orange juice, and salt for a delicious, hydrating boost to my immune system. My illness stayed mild, and I was back to 100% within days. Of course, there's no way to know for sure how much of an impact Vitamin C made without having done any testing (which is why I only gave 4 stars and not 5), but if you're going to take Vitamin C anyway, Core Med Science Liposomal Vitamin C is an easy and delicious way to do it. Smooth, versatile, tasty, and my young kiddos like it too.

This Liposomal Vitamin C works great to shorten a cold. The last two times I started getting a cold I took many spoonfuls and instead of the cold lasting two weeks it was gone in a couple of days. I have a supply on hand in case the coronavirus attacks us.
