Best flavor and a thicker consistency

This Liposomal-C has the best flavor of all the different brands I have tired (six to date, all with Sunflower based lipid). It is also considerably thicker than all others I have tried that come in similar white 5oz bottles. I would like to understand more about whether this is a benefit or not. Most of the others have very low viscosities (almost like water) the Core product, however is more like honey. I wonder which is more stable as far as preserving the integrity of the liposomes over time.
