Liposomal vitamin C is very effective. I LOVE this liquid because I can dose out the exact amount that I want or need (rather than opening a small package). I am a very sensitive individual and it takes very little of a product to have an effect. It is so effective that I maxxed out on 1 teaspoon; any more than that made me feel edgy and a little too energetic. I have learned that vitamin C is absolutely necessary for proper adrenal function; this has helped my adrenal health in a very tangible way. There is an upside/advantage to taking less than the daily dose listed on the bottle. A bottle of this size lists 30 servings. Because my body only requires 1 teaspoon, that means that I can get 90 servings from the bottle! It's wonderful to have a bottle that lasts for so long, tastes so so good, gives you energy, makes you feel noticeably better and for such a good price.
