I've taken this supplement (and this brand) for several years. The last reorder I received was different from previous orders. The bottles are larger, the capsules are larger. It is more difficult to get them down and keep them down. I've experienced the capsules feeling like they are rising in my throat a good 15 minutes after I have taken them and then went to bed. I've felt like they were stuck in my throat, and burped a white cloud. I have to take them with a full glass of water and then a little food to make sure they are in my stomach. Wish they hadn't fixed what wasn't broken.

This has been my go-to brand of magnesium for several years now. There are so many options out there, and I have tried others when I was unable to find this particular brand, but I always gravitate back to this one for its consistent results.

Magnesium taurate was recommended to me by my doctor in California, so I still use it. The rule is to take half as much magnesium as the amount of calcium you're taking, so I go by that rule. Seems to work! Professional Supplement Center carries good products and gives especially good prices to repeat customers. And deliveries come by Priority Mail and are quite fast.

After noticing the change in the bottle size and reading some reviews regarding this, I called the company that makes these. They said the formulation is now vegetarian and they confirmed that they are a bit larger. I have a very hard time getting them down!! It's so weird because I also take 1000mg of tumeric/curcumin and those are way bigger but I have a harder time getting these down. I'm supposed to take 3 but one always ends up getting tossed because it won't go down. I'm really glad to read the review of the person who burped a white cloud!! I swear, the same happened to me and I thought I was hallucinating!! Too bad they changed 'em up!! I likely won't buy these again.

This is my second order. The first order had a powdery substance on the outside of the pill. Not what I was accustomed to getting when purchasing elsewhere. The second order was not powdery - makes me wonder if the first order was an "old" bottle.

Love this option. Due to the poor quality of food that some of us eat, our Magnesium is low. I can tell this in my own body from involuntary twitching that occurs when I do not take this supplement. Helps me sleep too. Excellent option!

Take this to help with blood pressure. I have ""white coat "" syndrome. Take this couple days before going to doctor and it keeps blood pressure down. Also, because of RA. my Functional Medicine doctor prescribed these few years ago.

I needed help with my heart rhythm after having rebound effects with 3 different Rx medications. Research showed that magnesium taurate was the best kind of magnesium for hear rhythm. I researched many brands and finally decided to try this one. I use it along the a few drops of ocean minerals about once each day, usually in the middle of the night. I'm very thankful that it works so well for me. I prefer vegetarian capsules. These were already vegetarian when I first started buying them. I rarely have any trouble swallowing them.

My nutritionist says I need more magnesium and he recommended magnesium taurate which especially targets the heart. (I have some heart issues). This is the only magnesium supplement I take.

My heart loves this product. I take one in middle of night every night. Sometimes I have pulse in throat or palpitations. This stops it within minutes. It works to lower my blood pressure. I also take one Solgar Chelated Magnesium earlier in evening.

Magnesium taurate is best for heart rhythm. I have used this product now for several years and am totally satisfied with the results. I use 1 capsule per day along with a few drops of ocean minerals. Great product!
