When you take a powdered form of curcumin, whether in capsule form or otherwise, a tiny fraction of the active ingredient makes its way to your blood stream. However the liposomal structures in this product - microscopic spheres of fatty acid that encase the curcumin - protect it from the harsh environment of your stomach and digestive tract, making more curcumin available for absorption into your body. In addition, the liposomes facilitate absorption of the curcumin by fusing with the intestinal cells responsible for absorption of nutrients delivering more curcumin to the circulation than otherwise would be possible with just a plain powder supplement.
Suggested Usage
Adults: Shake before use. Take 6 mL (just over one teaspoon) daily, or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Mix with water or juice if desired.
Refrigerate after opening. Use within 45 days of opening.

I use this for inflammation and like to add it to water with apple cider vinegar, lemon or lime juice and some pink Himalayan salt. Mixes easy. Matter a fact I'm at work now and wish I brought it with me. Next time I will.

Finally a form of Curcumin that tastes good and has a good consistency. I keep a teaspoon by the bottle and take one every morning by itself. I don't have to mix it with anything. I also love that even though it's orange in color, it doesn't stain anything like other forms of Turmeric. I've used one bottle so far and will be reordering.

This was recommended to me by my homeopathic doctor for inflammation after knee surgery. It is amazing how well it worked then and I have continued using it because of this. My mother was recently told to start using the product because of a concussion and the inflammation from the fall. Excellent product.

I had been taking high quality turmeric and curcumin for about a year and I could feel the effects. That is, my joint pain and muscle aches reduced. And my CRP blood tests showed lower inflammation. But there was still a bit of inflammation and pain. I knew absorbency was an issue. So I decided to try liposomal delivery, and this company was highly rated as having REAL liposomal (be careful! There are different definitions.) Within a week I could tell the difference. This stuff is the bomb! Message for fellow Keto folks: It uses keto friendly sweeteners but isn't "clean" in that it uses sunflower oil. Oh well. Worth it! the taste is a bit weird. But not awful.

This product didn't do a thing for me. It was very pricey for the amount in the bottle. I was willing to pay it because I read that the liquid curcumin is better absorbed. It did nothing for my aches and pains. I did not care for the taste either. Won't order again.

Have used another brand of the liposomal glutathione previously that was thinker. This product is more difficult to dispense from bottle, thinner, more runny. I've spilled it a couple of times trying to measure the dose. The tropical flavor is better.
