I love that Core Med Science offers a Liposomal softgel of Glutathione. The liquid version can be hard to swallow (due to the taste of Glutathione) so the softgels are the perfect way to get the best absorption (liposomal encapsulation). I highly recommend Core Med Science for this (and any other) product.

Convenient but less effective than the liquid

I've taken both the liquid and the pill form by this brand and the pills are definitely more convenient since the liquid needs to be refrigerated after opening and I can have these next to my bed or take them with me on the go, but I've found they don't work as efficiently as the liquid. It takes much longer to take effect and the effect isn't as noticeable as the liquid. Still, can't beat the ease of use.

I took this with me on vacation. I usually use the liquid. The last vacation I went on I ended up with a horrendous sinus infection from the air conditioning in the hotel room and they cleaned with strong bleach. I did not take any glutathione then. My empty stomach solution

I have had a very positive experience with the Liposomal Glutathione. I am a type 2 diabetic and eat small meals often, not really having an 'empty stomach' during the day. So I keep my Glutathione and a glass of water next to my bed, take 2 when the alarm goes off, then go about my morning routine.
